Most recently Foster became the only commercial refrigeration manufacturer to date to have attained the Carbon Trust Standard and the first to produce a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report.

Foster has one of the lowest Carbon Footprint’s in the industry and aims to reduce this further over the coming years. CO2 emitted is minimised at all stages from product design, manufacture, shipping and installation ensuring you the greenest refrigeration available.

Social Responsibility Most of our remaining suppliers are within Europe but for the few who are from developing nations.Foster has joined the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) which is dedicated to improving the human rights and working conditions of workers in developing countries. Independent Verification Foster cabinets and counters are on the Government’s Carbon Trust Energy Technology List. They have been independently tested and meet their standards on energy efficiency.
